Product Information and Prices

Rewind Vintage exclusively sells used items, including items older than 20 years, and therefore the items may show signs of wear. Every effort is made to provide accurate information and product images and to inform consumers about product defects at all times. There may be instances of minor color variations.

All prices on the site are subject to printing errors.

Rewind Vintage may temporarily offer special prices or discounts, with or without specific codes. Rewind Vintage reserves the right to withdraw discounts, special prices, and codes at any time. NOTE that discounts or codes do not apply to items already on sale.

Payment Methods and Order Processing

Rewind Vintage accepts payments from most card companies through Verifone's payment gateway.

Items are only dispatched after payment authorization has been received.

Every effort is made to process all orders on the next business day. During peak seasons, order processing may take longer, and every effort will be made to inform the consumer of any impending delays.

Dropp delivers on the same day to destinations within the Capital Region. Deliveries to rural areas may take 1-2 business days to be ready for delivery.

Return Policy

The return period for items purchased on rewindvintage.is is 14 days. This period is calculated from the time the item is ready for pickup at a Dropp service point or upon receipt of the item if it was delivered to your home.

The consumer has the right to a refund for product purchases, provided that the item is in its original condition and with the price tag still attached. Refunds cannot be issued if the return period has expired. In that case, an exchange for another item is possible. A purchase receipt must always be included.

Please note that earrings, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

The cost of returns, such as shipping costs, is borne entirely by the consumer.

Defective Items

If a buyer has received a defective item, or defects were not stated in the product information, Rewind Vintage offers a refund when contacted about such an issue at rewindvintage@rewindvintage.is within 14 days of product delivery.

Handling of Personal Information

When a consumer subscribes to the rewindvintage.is mailing list, personal information, including full name, address, phone number, and email address, must be provided. The same information must be provided when purchasing items from the online store. By subscribing to the mailing list and/or shopping at the rewindvintage.is online store, the consumer agrees to the collection of personal information.

Card and payment information is always sent via a secure payment page through Verifone's payment gateway and is never stored by Rewind Vintage.

Rewind Vintage handles all personal information with the utmost care and as strictly confidential.

Law and Jurisdiction

The provisions and terms of this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. In the event of a dispute or if anyone believes they have a claim against the Rewind Vintage online store based on these provisions and terms, such a dispute or claim shall be referred to Icelandic courts for resolution.
